No Cow Bakery’s journey began in the most unexpected way. Arthur’s shared kitchen with two roommates who had dietary restrictions.
After seeing the quality of baked goods his roommates had to settle for, Arthur took on the challenge of creating something that everyone could enjoy. His first masterpiece, the triple-chocolate cherry muffin, was so delicious that his roommate couldn’t believe it was allergy-friendly. This heart-felt encouragement sparked an entrepreneurial flame in Arthur, setting the stage for what would become a beloved community bakery.

His baked goods quickly gained in popularity within the community. This encouraged him to open his first bakery back in 2015.
As his first creation was an immediate hit with everyone who tried it, this success fueled his passion to create a variety of baked goods. These ranged from cakes, to cookies, to breads and more. After receiving so much positive feedback from his community, he retired from his job to open his first bakery back in 2015. Since then, he has continued to create new, tasty, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan treats for everyone to enjoy!
